Candidates who apply for a Turkey (face-to-face) exam but do not want to take the online E-ULUYOS TURKEY exam will be refunded upon request. Candidates who want an examination fee administration for the refund, they must fill in the attached form completely and sign it, and send the payment receipt (not required if online payment has been made by credit card) together with the application form by e-mail these forms at yos@uludag.edu.tr   until 17:00 on Tuesday, May 25, 2021.   (Applications made after this date will not be considered.)
